Supplements can be an important part of your workout regimen, along with the Essential Vitamins and Minerals every body needs.
What you decide to take depends on what you want to achieve. If you’re into body building, the kind and number of supplements you take will differ greatly from one who just wants to keep toned and fit.
A multi-vitamin is recommended by just about every nutritionist but you might want to consider taking certain vitamins on their own that are of greater strength. Vitamin D is a good example. If you don’t get a lot of sunlight, it’s a great supplement as low levels of D can lead to lessened bone strength.
